\\ FULL BIOGRAPHY

Graziano Ciccarelli born in Napoli 6-11-1996 
His musical journey started in 2006 by being inspired by BECK Mongolian Chop Squad & School Of Rock Movie, combined with his passion for rock, metal & alternative music.

2006  
Six months of classical guitar lessons  and music theory with M°Angelo Palladino

Learning first beats with the e-drum Yamaha DD-55, starting  some lessons with M° Mario Gervasio at "Accademia Della Musica Brusciano" (only for a few months)

2006-2012
The lack of inspiration let him focus on other studies. In these years, I have perfected my study of English at institutions such as British and EF (level 7 of Trinity and PET Cambdrige), as well as several studies as ECDL, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, subjects that he still continue to study and improve in those days.

The beginning of high school and the attendance of local music environments make him rekindle the passion of the drums, the study starts again self-taught. He started concerts/studio and live sessions with his bands Hermes Band (Pop Rock) and Dharma (Alternative Rock).

2013
He started to collaborate with local bands and musical projects in his area, also he worked as drum technician/backliner/promoter in local events, theaters and clubs. In That Year Dharma was the supporting act of Pepp O'Blues and the renowed rockstar Pino Scotto (Vanadium) at Beer Festival of Pomigliano d'Arco (NA)
 

2014
He started to take lessons with the jazz master Leonardo De Lorenzo and he became the "World Family" endorser of the company FACUS DRUMINNOVATIONS (with many important Italian drummers like Tullio De Piscopo, Marcello Surace, Maurizio Dei Lazzaretti, etc...)

2015
Hermes was the main support of Le Strisce (EMI Music Italy) at Torricelli Art Festival in Somma Ves.na (NA). He founded the project  Dreamcatchers (Acoustic Trio) as a percussionist. In November 2015 he founded his main project Jumpscare (Alternative Metal).

2016
His experience let him to collaborate with Live To Rock as a staff member (drum technician/backliner/promoter) working with the best acts of italian and international scene such as Necrodeath, Cadaveria & Paul Di Anno (Iron Maiden). Meanwhile,

He continued his studies as self-taught drummer and his degree as civil and environmental engineering. As well as a good touring experience with his band Jumpscare with studio work  and live shows.

2017
He collaborated as a session artist for the HOLLYWOOD based alternative metal band THE MAENSION and for the deathcore band "Axis Mundi".
 

Jumpscare toured across Italy and shared the stage with some important acts as  Edu Falaschi (Angra), Giacomo Voli (Rhapsody Of Fire), DGM, Teodasia, Secretsphere, Arthemis, Despite Exile etcc.. and played in the best venues of Italy as Legend Club of Milan.

2018
He started to take lessons with David Folchitto (Fleshgod Apocalypse, Stormlord, Screaming Banshee, Gravestone) and from Norman Ceriotti (Ego The Enemy, Roll 4 initiative) and he started to teach in his studio called "Vault Lab", later Vault Lab became a non profit cultural and musical association .

He collaborated with the Neapolitan HC band "Zero Eight One" right after their Orange County tour in support of IGNITE, LAST LIGHT, and many veterans bands of O.C. hardcore scene.

Graziano & Jumpscare started several collaborations with several brands as : Dirtbag clothing ( Slipknot, Paparoach, Bumblefoot and Halestorm, etc...), Artbeat, Centent, EVO, Skull Strings, Diril Cymbals, Respighi.

Meanwhile Jumpscare continues to spread their music in the best underground venues of Italy.

2019
He was involved in the recording session of the first Jumpscare album at Sonitus Studio of Crema with the producer Tommaso Monticelli (Genus Ordinis Dei). 

He started the collaboration with the Italian street team of Famous Stars And Straps led by Travis Barker (Blink 182).

At the end of July, he was chosen as a drum teacher for the musical campus that every year the school "Centro Attività Musicali" of Minturno organize. 5 days of full immersion in music and nature teaching to kids and beginners.

In August 2019 he became TRICK  pedal artist among musicians such as Alex Rudinger (Whitechapel, The Faceless, Session), Mike Terrana (Vision Divine, Tarja Turunen, Malmsteen and many more), Art Cruz (Lamb Of God, Winds Of Plague, Prong) and many more.

He consolidated the collaboration with "JANARA DISTRIBUTION" (Code Drum Heads Italia, Diril Cymbals Italia, Respighi Luthier, and many other brands) joining the family of Janara Drums.
 

2020-2022
Before the pandemic outbreak,they became brand ambassadors of InteremoDeus - Baphomet Clothing and the Beard Struggle.

In the fall of 2020 Graziano signs the endorsement with his favorite drumsticks brand of all time: Roll'em Drumsticks.

Vault Lab started offically his work as association, after years as rehearsal studio only andbecame a nerve center of the artistic activity of Campania and southern Italy incorporating sectors such as record label, concert booking, web radio, merchandising, artistic, cultural events, music school.

He became artist of New Drum Percussion and contribute to write two books DISCIPLES OF THE BLUE FLOWER and WAR OF IDEAS both published under BF Press. 

Due to work divergences, he left Impatto Rock and started to organize in 2021 his own metal underground festival called VALLE CAUDINA METAL FEST.

He is starting to collab with several record labels and artists all over the world as session drummer and producer. 

In 2021 he started to take lessons from Richard Meiz of Lacuna Coil nad he promoted circa 300 artists from all over the world including acts like La Faida signed to Universal Music Italy.

He started his own podcast called Il Calice Nero that hosted acts like Cannibal Corpse, 1349, Dark Tranquillity & more

In May 2022 he toured with Jumpscare Est Europe via Rock Tour Agency (Infernal Poetry, Jinjer) and opened bands like Ancient and Venom Inc
